Key Responsibilities
- To consult and give legal advice to both corporate and individual clients.
- To institute and defend court claims on behalf of corporate and individual clients.
- Formation of companies on behalf of clients and to carry out all the necessary company secretarial duties.
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, constitutions, policies and contracts.
- Carrying out extensive legal research and providing written legal opinions to corporate clients on numerous legislations.
- Advising corporate clients on Labour/Industrial issues and the chairing of disciplinary hearings.
- Representing employers at the High Court, Industrial Court, Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration Commission.
- Specialises in family law esspecially divorce cases for clients from both commmon and customary marriages.
