Derrick Ndo Jele Professional Profile

Derrick Ndo Jele, joined the firm Robinson Bertram in the year 2003 as an Intern recommended by the University of Swaziland. He used to do work for the firm up until he graduated in the year 2006 when he was then engaged as a Candidate Attorney. He was then admitted in October 2008 as the Attorney of the High Court of Swaziland and the Supreme Court of Swaziland.

He has a LLB Degree from the University of Swaziland. Derrick Ndo Jele has, since being a Candidate Attorney up to now, acted for numerous clients, like individuals, companies, town councils/boards in the Industrial Court of Swaziland. He has developed a specialist skill in general employment laws in Swaziland. He provides full range of employment and labour law services, in our today environment when employment and labour issues are some of the most challenging, controversial and potential harmful matters facing any organization, as they impact directly on productivity.

He also deals in debt collection at the High Court of Swaziland, defending and prosecuting civil claims, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial litigation. He also does Criminal Law.
