Stanley Bongani Mnisi Professional ProfileStanley Bongani Mnisi has been a Partner of the Firm Robinson Bertram since 1994. Prior to joining the Firm he was the Principal Parliamentary Draftsman at the Attorney- General's Office having received training in that regard at the Legislative Drafting Institute in Canberra, Australia. He has also served as the Chairperson of Air Transport Licensing Authority and also as the Chairperson of the Liquor Licensing Board. He is presently involved mainly in conveyancing and has finalised in that area of practise, the registration of numerous transfers of immovable properties, Mortgage Bonds and Notarial Bonds as well as Notarial Deeds of Trusts on behalf of Clients. Stanley has also been responsible for the drafting of the Building Society's (Amendment Order), 2004 which was designed to up- date the Building's Act, 1962 by ensuring that it met current market demands. In the year 2006 he served as a Panellist in the National Housing Convention having been invited in that regard by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and also presented a paper dealing with the cost of purchasing immovable property from a conveyancing perspective. He is presently acting on behalf of Big Game Parks in drafting of proposed Clauses for incorporation in the Biodiversity Bill, 2010 and the Forestry Bill, 2010 with a view ensuring that such proposed Legislation does not impinge upon the operations of Big Game Parks.
