RB charges differently for collections, time-cost attendances and special projects matters as fully appears in the schedule attached. The rates are affected by inflation but adjustments would always be by agreement with the receiver of the services rendered in special projects.

1. In successful collection matters the fees and costs are recoverable from the Debtor; while
2. In other matters where client is successful at least 1/3 of costs is sought to be recovered from unsuccessful party; and

In all collection matters where recovery is made, collection commission is charged at 10% on first E20, 000.00 and 2.5% on the balance-usually payable by the Debtor.
